The fundraiser benefits Toa Tumaini Foundation, Inc. Toa Tumaini means "to give hope" in Swahili, the primary language spoken in Tanzania. We strive to provide hope for the future through educating vulnerable children.

Toa Tumaini Foundation partners with local Tanzanians to empower, advocate for, support and love some of rural Tanzania's most vulnerable children by means of education, community investment and sustainability. We run a nursery school, called Project Hope School, as well as a sponsorship program, allowing children to attend primary and secondary schools after they graduate our nursery program. The children we support are ages 2-13 who live in poverty.

We currently rent space for our nursery school so we are raising money for our big campaign called, Planting Roots. Planting Roots will allow us to purchase land and build both a nursery and primary school of our own which will ensure sustainability and long term investment in our children and their families.

All coffee purchased will benefit the Planting Roots Campaign and help us build a new school.
