Sumatra Organic Ketiara Adsenia Triple Picked is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Ketiara cooperative, located in the Takengon highlands of the Aceh province on the island of Sumatra. Most of these farm owners are widows who lost their husbands in the 2003 civil war. Expect a syrupy mouth feel with notes of dark chocolate and pear and a wonderful earthiness and low acidity. Sumatran coffee has the lowest acidity of any coffee in the world.
